Return-Exchange policy

We have a 7 day return-exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the time you have received your item to request and make a return-exchange.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase and an unboxing video of the item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that return and exchange for the same item is subject to stock availability. You might opt to exchange with another variation of the same type or select a different item of the same value. If the selected item is higher in value, you shall make the payment for the difference in amount for the order to be confirmed. There will be no refunds in cash offered. 

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on all items featured at Amerylis.
