Here are some frequently asked questions by customers before or after making an online jewelry purchase:

1. Which collections are Amerylis's own creation?

Amerylis's Signature collection is a reflection of our meticulous design process, with a strong focus on intricate details. We are dedicated to crafting pieces that exudes a sense of uniqueness,elegance, and sophistication.

On the other hand, our ready jewelry collection is exclusively handcrafted by artisans in India, where the majority of the jewelry components are skillfully crafted.

2. What are Amerylis jewelry made of? 

Amerylis's fashion jewelry, German silver or silver look alike or oxidized silver are made of brass metals, and gold/silver plated unless stated otherwise. The jewelry is embellished with artificial stones and/or pearls.

3. How do I place an order?

Step 1: Select preferred products and add to cart

Step 2: Go to cart and click Checkout

Step 3: Fill in your personal details. Provide email address to receive notification

Step 4: Click to proceed to shipping

Step 5: Select payment method *

Step 6: Make payment 

Step 7: Order confirmation will be received via e-mail once order is marked as paid.

4. How do I log in?

We have selected a New customer login method where you are only required to provide your e-mail to receive a log in code. You are NOT required to create password to log in.

5. I have placed an order and made the payment, how do I know if my order is received and confirmed?

For every order placed, the system will record the orders. If the payment is made via bank transfer, we will have to manually update our record once the payment proof is received from the customer. Thereafter, the order confirmation email will be received by the customer, followed by the tracking detail once the order is ready to be shipped.

6. Can I cancel my order?

No. Cancellation is NOT allowed after an order has been placed.

7. What is the cost of shipping?

8. How do I check my order status?

You will be notified via e-mail with the tracking number of your parcel. Click here to view our courier tracking details OR click here to proceed to our tracking page.

9. What is the return/refund policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Return and refund is NOT applicable. However, return and exchange is applicable ONLY IF the purchased product is received damaged (terms and conditions apply). The replacement of the damaged item will either be with the same design or different design of the same price, and this shall depend on the availability of the selected item.

This only applies if you reach out to us and make the return-exchange within 7 days from the day you have received your order.

10. What should I do if my purchased item arrives damaged?

We ensure that all our orders are checked for damages prior packaging. However, for damages claim occurred during shipping, please ensure that you provide us an unboxing video of the order received, along with the receipt as proof of purchase.

11. If the stones have fallen off, can it be replaced?

We can provide free stone setting services if you have kept the fallen stones or if we have additional stones. In the event we need to place an order for the stones, we may charge a certain fee based on the material type and the waiting period will be between 4 to 6 weeks. 

12. Can a broken jewelry be repaired?

Please reach us at customercare@amerylis.com.my with the product photo. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item without inspecting the case.

The warranty for Amerylis's signature collection Excludes coverage for damages like broken parts resulting from neglect, accidents, alterations, improper item storage, or any other factors unrelated to manufacturing defects.

13. Do I need to pay for the shipping fee of return orders?

Yes, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s). Unless you have received a different item from what you have ordered. 

14. Do I have to pay the shipping fee for the return of "to be repaired" product?

Yes, the cost of the return parcel delivery will be borne by you.
